General Delivery Information

  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding US Holidays.
  • Delivery estimates are based on date the order is dispatched/shipped, not from order date.
  • We ship to USA, US Territories and US Military addresses (APO, etc.) only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • Next Day delivery applies Mondays to Fridays only.
  • All deliveries are tracked, and some packages depending on order value must be signed for.
  • When choosing a Next Day delivery option, orders must be placed by 11am (PST) Monday to Friday e.g. for delivery Tuesday please place your order by 11am Monday, for Monday deliveries please place your order by 11am Friday. Orders placed after 11am (PST) will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Please be aware that US public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
  • All orders come packed in our branded boxes, free of charge.

Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 30 days of buying it. All returns must have the original tag intact and must be returned in the Peora gift box it came in.
For the higher value items that require extra shipping insurance, we’ll deduct the extra shipping cost from the refund as it is non-refundable.

Returning or exchanging an item

To return or exchange an item, fill out and submit a contact form (you"ll need your order number) or send us an e-mail at support@peora.com. When we’ve receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return or exchange your item.
Please send your return via any traceable method. Make sure you insure the package for the amount you paid for the item(s) - we cannot be held responsible for returns that aren’t received or returns that are received damaged.

Damaged items

We will not accept any returned item that is not in its original condition without the tag intact, unless a return authorization for shipping damaged or a defective item has been granted before you sent the return.

We cannot responsible for damage caused by misuse or mistreatment of jewelry. Jewelry is delicate and should be treated as such.
We make every effort to inspect all items before shipping, however, if your item has arrived damaged or defective; please let us know right away.

Returns/exchanges on three or more items

Excessive returns of three or more items per order may be subject to a restocking fee for the extra materials, shipping cost and time required to process these orders and returns.
